Shipping and delivery

Delivery is now available to the US, EU, UK Canada, and Australia.

Due to high demand, limited availability, and the care that goes into production, our some orders may take longer to be delivered. We make pieces in thoughtful quantities to reduce waste and support sustainable practices. Your jewelry will arrive freshly crafted — making the wait all the more special.

Standard delivery is complimentary within the U.S. and usually take 3- 5 business days. 

International Delivery costs and timelines depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note order processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe.

Once your tracking number is available, you’ll receive an email with all the details to follow your package every step of the way. 

Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location to help prevent lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Sales tax is applied automatically at checkout depending on your destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All prices on our website are listed in USD; however, your credit card will be charged in the currency of your location.

Note: carrier-provided delivery dates are estimates and are available once your tracking number is issued. If the tracking number is posted, order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather, high volume, traffic).
