We hope your Stone Fruit piece brings joy for a lifetime — and with proper care, it will. If there happens to be a flaw, such as a loose stone, it will usually appear within the first year.
That’s why we offer a one-year warranty* covering flaws in craftsmanship or materials. That said, we carefully review all customer inquiries and always work to find the best possible resolution — even if your piece is outside the warranty period.
To submit a return request:
Log into your account (or through this form), locate the order you’d like to return, and select “Return Product.” Select your return type: for Repair and choose the return reason from the dropdown menu.

Once your return request is approved by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your return shipping label.
Now you may request to chat with an agent by typing "agent".
If the Care Team if not available- no worries as we will receive you contact information and follow-up asap. You can also email us at care@stonefrut.com including your order number and a brief description of your request. Our Care Team reviews all your inquires.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading), damage from improper care (such as exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive force), or modifications made by third-party jewelers.
