We want you to love your jewelry piece, but if it just does not feel right we accept returns within 14 business days from the date of delivery. .
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, box, pouch, and any gifts with purchase).
- Once received, each item will be inspected to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.
- Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender, and Stone Fruit is not liable for any associated loss.
To submit a return request:
Log into your account (or through this form) to locate the order you’d like to return, and select “Return Product.” Select your return type (Refund, Repair, or Credit) and choose the return reason from the dropdown menu.
Once your return request is approved by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your return shipping label.
Refunds:
Approved returns are refunded within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Please note, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time
If an item does not comply with the return policy, it will be returned to the sender, and Stone Fruit is not responsible for any loss.
Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but it’s simple—just return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you’d like instead.
